Christmas 2013

Christmas this year was a little chaotic;  Hallee was sick for the week before christmas, then Amon caught it, then Jess caught it, then Amon came down with it again on Christmas.  It was super crazy and stressful trying to keep the sickness away from the twins.  We order most our presents online since the twins have been on home arrest (doctors orders).

 Of course Amon's name was called first to sit on santa lap.  He didn't know how he felt about santa and wouldn't go.  Until he saw others go up and sit on santa lap.  Then it was Hallee's turn and he decided to go up and give santa a big hug.  All smiles

Halloween 2013

Lots of Halloween fun! 

First was Marian Halloween party. 

The night was filled with awesome costumes, food, games, candy and fun.

Then our annual pumpkin carving party at papa house. Which turned out to be more play in the leaves party.   I am not sure who had the most fun Hallee or Ben.  Poor Amon had Roseola so he had to stay home with mommy and the twins.

Halloween night was freezing.  Ben Hallee and Amon went trick or treated but only made it to a couple of homes before they were to cold.

The twins and Mommy stayed nice and toasty inside.

First thing amon did when he got home was open candy and eat.

 Hallee was a little bit smarter and sat on the heater then started into her candy.  Oh how we love Halloween!

After almost 9 weeks the twins joined our family in our home.  The doctors and nurses were so amazing.  Feeling so grateful and so very blessed.

Feeding time - Preemies have not developed eating skills yet. They have a hard time breathing, swallowing and eating all at the same time.  Twins eating on their side to help with choking & nipple flow.

Hallee could visits the twins on sunday afternoon for 20 minutes.  She just adored the twins and was super cute with the girls.  All the nurses just loved Hallee.
