Our trip to sin city

We went to Las Vegas over memorial day to visit my brother and fam. Swimming was high on our agenda, we went swimming in his pool just about every day. Hallee is such a water bug, she enjoyed her self very much. She ask me all the time if we can going swimming and when we are going to see Addy and Dallin. I love that they live closer to us, but yet so far away. Us girls went to the strip to Mandalay Bay to see the shark tanks, I must say this was pretty neat! Ben didn't put sun screen on and got fried on our 1st day. Needless to say he had to wear a shirt the rest of the trip. My family - in my brothers Ty's hot tub & pool. Yea i know i am so jealous. So cute i guess this is what it would be like to have twins. They wore matching dresses to church and they loved it. We even went for a bike ride in the 80 degree weather. I am not really sure why i was sweating by only going around the block, but still it was fun. Ben pulled Hallee around in this. Ty chasing Hallee around the house - dressed up in star war gear? Wedding photo's

Kenzie and Shea's wedding April 30th, 2010 was wonderful. Apparently i am an overly protective big sister. I was very emotional to see my baby sister getting married. What a magical moment it is to find the person you wants to spend eternity with. They were sealed in the Salt Lake temple and thankfully the weather held up long enough for pictures. Their reception place was beautiful, full of flowers and plants. The pictures at the reception were ridiculously cute. We were all dressed up, Hallee was a flower girl, me maid of honor and Ben in a matching red tie. Hallee loved her dress so much, she danced and ran around all night long, showing her dress off to people. Our little family It was impossible to get all five grandkids looking at the camera, never mind getting them all to smile. Hopefully someone got a better photo then i did. LOL Uncle Mac with the kids. He got very popular during the night; he let the little kids play games on his phone. He is the best babysitter in the whole wide world. Ben entertaining Hallee and Dallin by playing horsey Kenzie and Shea cutting the cake. It was pretty yummy. So cute you will want to watch Hallee's dance. Just hit play

Easter 2010

Easter 2010 Beck family. Hallee fell asleep on the way to papa house so she missed finding eggs with all her couz. So after she woke up we did a special egg hunt just for her. Her couz was gracious enough to help her find them all. Colin would point to the egg and Hallee would go pick it up. Hallee with her new easter basket, that i just finished that morning. Nothing like procrastinating, getting it done hours before the hunt. Hallee really didn't care to much about finding the eggs, she was happy with one. She found one, and is so smart she already knew that there was candy waiting inside. so we had to open it right then. Then she went on her way finding the rest of the eggs.

Missing our grandmothers

It seems so hard to let go of someone so special. I know they are waiting and watching over us, but still I am very selfish and miss them so. I some times feel sorry for the rest of the world that don't have the knowledge that we do. They don't know that there is life after death, I don't know how you could cop with death not knowing that you will hold them in your arms again. I feel so blessed having the gospel in my life. And having had the opportunity of know these wonderful grandmas. GRANDMA PECK - Hallee still blesses grandma great Peck to get better in her prayers every night. I say bless grandpa great then she immediately blesses grandma great feel better. It still brings tears to my eyes every time she blesses grandma. GRANDMA HADFIELD - We were returning a tool to grandma Hadfield house and Hallee wanted to go inside to say hi to grandma great. I told her that we can't. She said but I love grandma great and want to give her loves. I then explained that she lives with Jesus. She said I love Jesus. I am amazed that after not seeing Grandma great for almost a year she still remembers grandma. Oh how we miss these two wonderful grandmas. And they will both always be in our hearts.

Grandma Peck 2/25/2010

Grandma Peck passed away on thursday after two weeks of struggling and fighting in the ICU. She was ready at the end and knew it was her time to go, but I think we all had a hard time let her go. This was hard because i truly believed my grandma would live well into her 100's- because she has more energy and enthusium for life than anyone i know. She had a stroke and we all thought she would get better and come home. But it was her time to go. How true it is that we are all on gods time line. It was really neat to see the family pull together. All her grandkids went to the hospital on thursday and say goodbye. The top three things I will miss most about her: 1-her loves & smiles, grandma has always an upbeat person who's love just radiates from her, she would give everyone hugs. 2-her calling me for no reason at all, but to just say hi. I miss not living next door and being able to visit whenever i needed anything. 3-Her honesty-my grandma is an extremely honest blunt person almost to honest, but it was always said with love. 4-Lake Powell-it just won't be the same without her. Love you grandma! Her funeral was beautiful, I know she was watching and loved it. It showed her great love for family, friends, piano student and music. Her girls gave a life sketch and two sons spoke with lori playing the piano. My grandma is an amazing person and has touched so many lives. She will be missed dearly. Grandmas kids and Hubby.
